A. Shipping

1. Shipping and Charges:
Nalvazhvu Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Nalvazhvu ‘s Standard Delivery Charges for as per courier service is mentioned at the time of purchase to Shipping across the Country. Nalvazhvu is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5-7 working days from the date dispatch or as per the delivery time of courier company. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the address mentioned in profile (Unless specified at the time of Order). Nalvazhvu is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Nalvazhvu is proud to use Payment Gateway of instamojo for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. The payment gate way charges shall extra shall be borne by you.
2. How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
Nalvazhvu attempts to process every order upon receiving the payment and ship/dispatch within 3-5 working days. Normally you should receive your ordered products in 5-7 working days. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering.
3 .Delivery Policy:
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID/SMS as specified during registration. Nalvazhvu has partnered with genuine transporter for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.

B. Payments

1. What are the payment options available at Nalvazhvu ?
The payment options we support are:

  • Credit card
  • Net banking
  • Debit card

2. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?
No. Nalvazhvu does not offer this option to pay cash on delivery of products at present.
3. What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive confirmation from Nalvazhvu . In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password(in case net banking)
  • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. You raise a ticket with customer support team with your order number or send an E-mail to our customer support team for any clarifications.

C. Return/Modify/Cancel

1. Can I return products if I am not fully satisfied with?
To ensure your shopping experience with Nalvazhvu is completely hassle-free, we provide you the option to return products only if there are a quality issue with the product as per return policy.
2. Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on his or her own, once the payment is made.

D. Ordering & Tracking

1. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting Customer Support Team by quoting your order number.
2. How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. Ainformation is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with the tracking number along with the service provider name.
3. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Nalvazhvu once your order is successfully placed. This sms will have all the details related to your order.
